TrapCraft 1.5.1 Mod Features

The Dummy
Taunts all monsters within aggro radius and line of sight to attack it. Has 20 health and drops the dummy head on death.

Igniter
Lights on fire when powered.

Bear Trap
Triggered upon contact with any non-player creature. Triggered traps can be activated to reset them. Holds the prey in place while they periodically bleed out.

Spikes
Deal damage to any entity that comes in contact with it. Does not affect items.

Grass Covering
Breaks when walked on. Useful for covering pitfalls and spikes. Blends to color of grass on a per biome basis.

Fan
Unsuspecting prey don’t want to walk into your traps

Magnetic Chest
Pulls nearby items towards itself and automatically deposits any item that makes contact. Useful for collecting loot from traps.

TrapCraft 1.5.1 Mod Installations for Minecraft 1.5.1

Client / Single Player

1. Download the Version for your version of Minecraft and Minecraft Forge.
2. Open that forge download with an archiver. I recommend 7zip or Winrar.
3. Open the minecraft.jar file with your archiver (7zip, Winrar).
4. Copy the files from inside the forge download into the minecraft.jar file.
5. On Windows and Linux, delete the META_INF folder.
6. On Mac, go into the META_INF folder and delete only the files which begin with ‘MOJANG’. Leave the rest untouched.
7. Close both archives and run your client once. Exit the game without loading or creating a world.
8. If you have done everything right, you will now have a ‘mods’ folder in your .minecraft folder.
9. Now put the Trapcraft 1.5.1 Mod .zip in the mods folder and run!

Server

1. Download the Version for your version off Minecraft and Minecraft Forge.
2. Open that forge download with an archiver. I recommend 7zip or Winrar.
3. Open the minecraft_server.jar file with your archiver (7zip, Winrar).
4. Copy the files from inside the forge download into the minecraft_server.jar file.
5. Close both archives and run your server once. Exit the game.
6. If you have done everything right, you will now have a ‘mods’ folder in the same folder where you run minecraft_server.jar.
7. Now put the Trapcraft 1.5.1 Mod .zip in the mods folder and run!
