How Create The Gun Mod 1.4.7
Run the GunCreator program either using the Run.bat file on Windows operating systems or using the command “java -jar GunCreator.jar” on other operating systems. You need to modloader to mod needs it to work, or you couldn’t use the guns, but if you mean you need to download modloader to use these, then no. You just need to have Heuristix mod to work to use them.

The Gun Mod 1.4.7 Installations for Minecraft 1.4.7
- Download ModLoader and ModLoaderMP.
- Download “TheGunMod Client” And the “Weapons” .Zips
- Extract all of those and install ModLoader the VERY FIRST THING YOU DO (other than deleting META.imf, because it doesn’t matter when you delete it just make sure you do)
- Then Install ModLoaderMP, followed by TheGunMod. The README.txt in TheGunMod tells you bluntly what to do.
- After Installing that, you should now have a folder named “heuristix” In your .Minecraft folder. Open that and put in the all the files found in the “Weapons” Folder.
- After that you should be done with the hardest part. So just play minecraft and go to a creative mode map to make sure it worked.
- After that, Download Guns_1528237.zip
- Go to your “heuristix” folder in your .minecraft and take out the guns found in the guns folder, and replace them with Guns_1528237.zip
- enjoy!

the link doesnt actually take you straight there i opened another tab and manually typed in the whole web address and found that the file then popped up ready to download, hope this helps

Look, I managed to download the turret mod, but do not have the resource files in the folder and files from the jar I put, but give only had the manual turret, where are automatic?

It would be fun to have a war that way if zepplin comes out for server

Worst instructions EVER. So unclear, I can’t figure out what he means.
it WONT WORK ive tried everything. put the gun files in minecraft.jar,
put licenses into .minecraft and guns into heuristix, it just crashes my minecraft. PS: i got buildcraft and SDK to.
Get ModLoader and ModLoaderMP, and install Java 7. Make sure METAINF is gone
but even without them it dosent work. worst mod ever for me

Search “Thegunmod 1.2.5″ on youtube, or just search for Heuristicks. He’s made detailed instructions for installation. Hope that helps.

guys, you don’t need the guns_15
that is a expansion of the mod.
the normal gun mod of heurestix has only like 10 guns. this guy made a expansion that looks epic but WITHOUT THE DOWNLOAD LINK.
so if you only do steps: 1-5 6+ is not needed to let this mod work.
i hope this is clear or go to the original thread WAY easier to install

Guns_1528237.zip is inside the “weapons” download
when i run run.bat in guncreator the window disappeares when i click it. By the way i installes installed gun creator resources.
Followed all instructions. No guns what so ever
Im stuck on step 8. i need a video link so i can do it.
With just the mod and no guns installed it runs fine. As soon as I add any guns though, it makes minecraft crash as soon as it loads.

Guys, don’t bother downloading this, it’s a lost cause, and way too confusing, firsthand. Get a better gun mod than this, this one isn’t worth your time.

No offense, but I’ve came back to this three times because I keep giving up trying to digest the instructions. They’re so full of caveats and conditions that I lose track of basically every sentence.
I don’t take Minecraft very seriously so it’s just not worth the brain ache.
