Smart Moving 1.5.2 Mod Installation for Minecraft 1.5.2/1.5.1
- Download and Install Modloader or Minecraft Forge
- Download and Install Modloader MP for Server
- Download and Install Player API
- Download and Install Render Player API (optional for modloader Client Package)
- Find your Minecraft.jar it’s in %APPDATA%/.minecraft/bin
- Copy your minecraft.jar to your desktop to back it up
- Right click minecraft.jar and go to open with winrar or 7zip
- Delete the META-INF folder! (stops black screen)
- Copy px.class from the downloaded mod zip foloder. Paste it into Minecraft.jar and click replace!
- Run Minecraft and Enjoy!

Great mod, only 1 thing needs change and that would be shift key: minecraft original shift is used so that you don’t fall off of the blocks.. in your mod shift doesn’t work like that.. if you could make it work like that this mod would be amazing.. if I missed a control that allows you to not fall off blocks please tell me, thanks =)

you dont just throw in the zip, you unzip it and throw in the files, also its not working for me i do everything right and it crashes. i have everything too.

Why cant I climb vines, the second I added this mod to my pile of other mods I no longer can climb vines. Please fix this, it is the only downside about this mod.
ModLoaderMP is for servers, you can’t put it into your minecraft.jar, you need the ModLoader, not the ModLoaderMP
You dont need modloader mp. You just need playerAPI.

Could you try to fix this so it works with singleplayer commands mod? i love both mods, and I would hate to have to choose between one or the other.
What zip folder am I going into? There are 5. I know the server client is for MP, but there are 2 standalone zip folders, a “SmartMoving for ModLoader” folder and a “SmartMoving Client for ModLoader” folder. Which one do I use?

did you back up your minecraft? if not your screwed, and have to redo your minecraft.jar by redownloading it off of minecraft .net

Install: 1) Go to start and type in %appdata% in the search-bar and press ENTER.
2) Go to .minecraft–>bin and open minecraft.jar with winrar (if you are on vista or you just cant see the .jar it will be called minecraft )
3) Download Modloader, ModloaderMP, PlayerAPI and Smart Moving mod for Minecraft 1.2.5.
4) Open the modloader file you just downloaded with winrar and press CTRL+A or just mark all the .class files and drag them into the minecraft.jar that you opened before.
5) Do the same for PlayerAPI and ModloaderMP.
6) Open the Smart Moving Mod file that you downloaded and double click on the file that says
SmartMoving for modloader.zip
7) Mark the file and the folders inside the “SmartMoving for modloader.zip” file and drag them into your minecraft.jar.
8) Delete the folder called META-INF in your minecraft.jar and open minecraft.
9) Done, Have FUN!!!!
(if you want to dive you need to sprint and hold ctrl and hold space and before you reach the edge you should let go of space and you minecraft guy will jump and dive… all this needs to be from like 10 blocks over the water or higher and the water needs to be 2 blocks deep or deeper)

I have tried installing this ten times over and I KNOW I’m doing it the way it tells me, and I can join multiplayer, but I can’t join my singleplayer worlds, when I try to, it says ‘Loading World’ and it pretty much freezes, a minute later it says Minecraft (Not Responding)

I’m using the new Magic Launcher to install my mods which seems to work a lot better than MC Patcher, even manually installing the mods. Not sure why but after installing modloader and player api (all up to date), it tells me that it cannot find any mods in the zip. Is there away around this by any chance? Thank you.
You can install it without RenderAPI; you only need PlayerAPI, Modloader and ModloaderMP.And a question: how to do a headjump in water?

Ok to all the god damn noobs. when your in the winrar (smart moving mod) GO ON CLIENT STAND ALONE THEN DRAG ALL THE DAMN CLASSES AND FOLDERS IN MINECRAFT (WINRAR) THEN DELETE META-INF YOU NOOBS D:
