How to Downgrade Minecraft 1.5.2 to Minecraft 1.5.1/1.4.7 Jar
After minecraft 1.5.2 out today, now if you play minecraft this will be automatically or update manually to minecraft 1.5.2. Yes today minecraft 1.5.2 released and you can playing this latest update. So guys you can choice playing with latest minecraft or still want to play with old minecraft 1.5.1 or Minecraft 1.4.7 because i think some server haven’t update yet. They waiting some plugins and many popular mods still not update too.
Below i’ll show you how to downgrade your minecraft 1.5.2 to minecraft 1.5.1 or 1.4.7. I hope this short tutorial can help you playing this favorite minecraft. Before you make steps below, you need to download Minecraft 1.5.1 Jar or Minecraft 1.4.7 Jar first
How to Downgrade to Minecraft 1.5.1/1.4.7 Jar from Minecraft 1.5.2
- Download a clean Minecraft 1.5.1 Jar or Minecraft 1.4.7 Jar file
- Type %appdata% into the start menu
- Open .minecraft folder
- Open the bin folder
- Delete the current Minecraft.jar file
- Paste in the Minecraft 1.5.2 jar file
- Done
- Enjoy the servers which will be pretty empty!

Download Minecraft 1.4.7 Jar (Client)
Download Minecraft 1.4.7 Jar (Server)
Downgrade to Minecraft 1.4.6
Download Minecraft 1.4.6 Jar Client

you need to remove your meta inf file I think
Our screen froze when we ran the “downgrade” as well. We fixed it by renaming the file in the “.bin” director from “minecraft-1.2.5″ to just “minecraft”. Leave out the quotes when renaming, of course.
It works perfectly now. Enjoy!

… Ugg! I am so frusterated. I downloaded this, and it says “Logging In”, But It Doesn’t Load! D: I need the 1.2.5 Until Bukkit comes out to update my/everyone’s servers. -.- Help? You see I wanted to downgrade to 1.3.2 so I could use modloader! I want to try out a mod I made!
Then Update the mod! Modloader works with all versions of minecraft and doesnt need to be updated dumbass!

For Laaaaaaaaaazy people like me . I recommand using a nice command file . you can find many configurations for that on the net (I have ALL versions of minecraft since beta 1.2 working with this methos + 2 vesions of the 1.4.4 one with sonic shaders one without
