Better Villages 1.5.1 Mod – Download Better Villages Mod for Minecraft 1.5.1. Hello minecrafters, this mod does a couple of things to villages to improve them such as Makes villages more common, Villages spawn in a new cluster idea. If one village can spawn a couple more will spawn near-bye. (Can get completely ridiculous on flat worlds, See images for examples). Better Villages 1.5.1 Mod Features

• Makes villages more common.
• Villages spawn in a new cluster idea. If one village can spawn a couple more will spawn near-bye. (Can get completely ridiculous on flat worlds, See images for examples)
• Villages can spawn in almost every biome.
• Made village torch look cooler.
• Made both type of wheat fields look better with a surrounding fence and torches.
• Replace the dirt in the wood hut with cobblestone and made the surrounding highlight smooth stone

Better Villages 1.5.1 Mod Bugs

• Some fence gates face the wrong orientation. I cant seem to work out why they face the wrong direction as house doors don’t have this problem.
• There are some lighting issues in the villages.
• Villages in the ocean dont have paths because they seem to sink :/ Unfortunately i won’t fix this as this is code that was implemented on purpose by jeb to make paths shape to the surroundings. I can’t seem to find a way to get a seconed path to spawn that floats if the first one is underwater. I will probably end up making a brand new village just for out at sea ( A lot of work!!!!)

Better Villages 1.5.1 Mod Plans

• Add new buildings such as the miners hut and the animal breeders house to the village.
• Add new villagers and such
• Maybe other spawning structures.
• Add new eskimo village. Thanks to duktan for the idea
• Add nether villages
• Add stilt villages? (Villages in stilts that spawn in ocean, beach and swamp biomes)

Better Villages 1.5.1 Mod Installations for Minecraft 1.5.1

1. Optional install Minecraft Forge
2. Make sure you have a clean minecraft.jar
3. Delete the META-INF
4. Drag forge contents into minecraft.jar
5. Drag the contents of the ZIP file into the minecraft.jar
6. Close all the folders and run minecraft
7. Create new world.
8. Enjoy
